Job Description

Required Skills:

Experience Range: 10+ Years of Experience - 15 Years of Experience .

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design end-to-end solutions using
React.js
for frontend and
Node.js
for backend services.
Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers.
Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance development workflows and product capabilities (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, RoohCode, Vertex AI, Cursor).
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in web development and AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in an architectural role.
Expertise in
React.js
,
Redux
,
TypeScript
,
Node.js
,
Express.js
, and RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of
microservices architecture
,
containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
, and
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with
CI/CD pipelines
,
unit testing
, and
performance tuning
.
Familiarity with
database technologies
such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

Good to Have (AI/ML Exposure)

Experience using or integrating AI-assisted development tools like:
GitHub Copilot
,
Claude
,
RoohCode
,
Cursor
,
Google Vertex AI
Understanding of how to integrate AI APIs or services into web applications.
Exposure to
AI/ML model deployment
,
prompt engineering
, or
LLM-based features
is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in building SaaS platforms or enterprise-grade applications.
Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or serverless architecture.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
