Were seeking candidates with 2 to 7 years of experience in General Ledger and US Property Accounting for a hybrid working model. Role & responsibilities Manage General Ledger accounting functions for US Real Estate Assets. Well-versed in reconciliation of Bank and other Balance Sheet accounts. Proficiency in Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables processes. Prepare accurate financial statements and reports. Prepare month-end entries, and expertise in month and quarter close procedures. Analyze operating expenses and deliver variance reports to stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies. Prepare financial packages for ownership groups and other stakeholders. Ensure high quality output within the given timeframe. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in US property accounting will be preferable. Proficiency in accounting software and commercial property management platforms such as Yardi, MRI, Oracle, AppFolio or QuickBooks. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
