Role & responsibilities

CRM :

Techno functional consultant in Oracle CX(CRM) specialized in Oracle B2C Service Cloud with 8+ years of experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Field Service, Oracle B2B Service Cloud and Oracle Sales Cloud
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Oracle cloud solution implementation
Must have excellent documentation, presentation, customer handling, problem solving, solution design skills and experience.
Candidate would have complete responsibility to deliver starting from requirement gathering to reviews, testing, and releasing the solution.
Create Screens and components and workflows as per customer needs.
Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
Solution architect experience in insurance industry is an added advantage.
