Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Nature of experience: Knowledge of manufacturing process: Sheet metal, Welding, Casting, Forging, Machining, Assembly Operations of Fuel and CNG Parts & their Process related controls.
Nature of Work: New product Development; Inspection, testing & complete evaluation; Vendor process stabilization for consistent quality for
CNG System parts CNG Cylinder, CNG Valve, CNG Regulator, CNG Pipes
Fuel System parts – Fuel Tank, Fuel Filter, Fuel Pipes, Fuel Pump
Line parts quality concern analysis & countermeasure implementation
Industry preference: Automobile Industry

Preferred candidate profile:

In depth knowledge of Fuel and CNG Parts (Functioning, Key performance parameters)
Good knowledge of the Production Process for these parts (Including Quality controls)
Hands on skill for quality evaluation of these parts including inspection instruments / gauges
Analysis and root cause identification of Quality issues of such parts.
Knowledge and practical application of Quality Control Tools like SPC, Six Sigma etc
Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies & various inspection aids (gauges /Jigs / Fixtures / Test Rigs, Etc).

Hands on experience on UG / CAD / SCAD
