FTC Analyst- Group Conduct - Intelligence and Operations

As an FTC Analyst in the Group Conduct - Intelligence and Operations team at General Counsel, you will play a crucial role in monitoring employee compliance with Fidelity's Group Personal Conflicts, Trading, and Price Sensitive Information Policies. Your responsibilities will include preparing various reports for the team, developing and providing statistics reports, conducting regular monitoring of employee classification, and supporting the team in reviewing and addressing employee violations of the policies. You will work closely with the Global Group Code of Conduct and Ethics teams to ensure effective monitoring and reporting activities. Your role will involve producing reports and dashboards, conducting monitoring of employee classification, streamlining existing processes, and providing support to team members in various intelligence and monitoring activities. Additionally, you will assist in providing information for due diligence questionnaires and tracking key operational processes. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in the financial services sector, preferably with exposure to compliance and risk management. A university degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is required, and an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred. Knowledge of compliance tools such as Star Compliance, Actimize, or My Compliance Office is desirable, along with experience in general counsel functions related to risk and compliance. Essential skills for this role include an excellent understanding of financial instruments, strong report writing and communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality while exercising good judgment with sensitive information.
