About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SAP FSCM-FICO (Credit Management) Lead with deep functional and technical expertise to spearhead critical implementations and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading end-to-end projects, particularly in a Central Finance (CFIN) environment, and possess an in-depth understanding of SAP Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management. This role requires a strong individual who can design, configure, and integrate complex solutions, while also providing expert guidance to both technical and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Implementation & Support: Lead and support full lifecycle implementation and ongoing support of SAP FSCM components, including: Credit Management (SAP Credit Management / S/4HANA Credit Management) Collections Management Dispute Management Solution Design & Configuration: Design and configure robust SAP FSCM solutions that meticulously meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration within Central Finance (CFIN) systems. Central Finance Integration: Drive master data mapping, process design, and data flow between diverse source systems and the Central Finance landscape. Interface Configuration: Configure interfaces for key financial entities such as Business Partner, Credit Limits, Collection Strategies, and Dispute Case Processing. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Technical, and Business stakeholders, to ensure cohesive solution delivery. Guidance & Best Practices: Provide expert guidance on data migration, system testing, and user training. Identify process improvement opportunities and advise on SAP best practices within the FSCM domain. Post-Go-Live Support: Support post-go-live stabilization and ongoing enhancement of FSCM functionalities, proactively resolving issues and optimizing system performance. Module Design Collaboration: Actively collaborate with cross-stream teams to comprehensively design the FSCM module. Required Skills & Experience: Experience: Minimum 8+ years of hands-on SAP FSCM experience. SAP Credit Management Expertise: Expert knowledge in SAP Credit Management, encompassing scoring, risk categories, and seamless integration with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP FI (Financial Accounting). Collections & Dispute Management: Strong proficiency in Collections and Dispute Management, including expertise in defining strategies, managing worklists, correspondence, and the complete dispute case lifecycle. Central Finance (CFIN) Projects: Proven experience in Central Finance (CFIN) projects and significant experience with FSCM integration within CFIN. S/4HANA Finance: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance architecture. Master Data Governance: Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) for Business Partner, including understanding of relevant Business Partner roles for FSCM processes. Integration Technologies: Understanding of various integration technologies (e.g., IDocs, BAPIs, Web Services). Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Preferred Qualifications: Qualified CA / ICWA / MBA Finance / M.Com. Mandatory Skills: FSCM-FICO (Credit Management) Desired/Secondary Skills: FSCM-FICO (Credit Management) Domain: FSCM-FICO (Credit Management) Additional Information: Max Vendor Rate: INR 10,000 per day (in relevance to work location) Background Check: Pre-onboarding Shift Work: Europe Shift is required.
