Role Overview: As a Manager (Finance Transformation) at EY, you will play a crucial role in leading strategic initiatives to transform the finance function within the banking organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of strategic initiatives to transform the finance function within the banking organization. - Assess current financial processes, systems, and controls to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. - Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of transformation projects. - Collaborate with finance, technology, and business teams to define requirements, design solutions, and drive change. - Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on banking regulations, accounting standards, chart of account re-design, vendor assessment, and industry best practices. - Conduct impact assessments and risk analyses to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Develop and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders on new processes, systems, and controls. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement. - Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the banking and finance industry. Qualification Required: - 12+ years of experience in banking finance, with a focus on transformation, process improvement, or change management. - Masters-degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. - Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements. - Proven track record of leading and executing complex transformation projects within the banking or financial services industry. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
