Frontline Support Engineer Advertiser

As an L1 Support Engineer on the Customer Support team in our Gurugram Office, you'll play a vital role in delivering fast, effective, and high-quality technical support to our global clients. You'll be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues, ensuring clients' needs are met promptly through multiple support channels. If you're passionate about service, driven to solve problems, and thrive in a dynamic environment — this role is for you.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in the AdTech industry
• Should have working experience in Technical Support, understanding of logs, and working knowledge of APIs and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with log analysis and troubleshooting
• Willingness to work in rotating 24/7 shifts

Bonus points if you have:

• Prior experience with customer-facing live support via chat or video
• Familiarity with board management and ticketing tools

How you'll make an impact:

• Serve as the first point of contact for Taboola's global client base
• Provide timely responses to support inquiries via email, live chat, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating where appropriate
• Communicate urgent technical issues both internally and externally
• Manage board case assignments and ensure balanced team workload
• Identify operational issues and collaborate with management to address them
