프론트엔드 UX 엔지니어(Frontend UX Engineer)

🔹 Key Responsibilities / 주요 업무

• Develop, maintain, and optimize design system components for web and mobile
• 웹 및 모바일용 디자인 시스템 컴포넌트 개발, 유지보수 및 최적화
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to ensure consistent UX/UI
• 디자이너 및 제품팀과 협업하여 일관된 UX/UI 구현
• Implement responsive and accessible frontend components
• 반응형 및 접근성 높은 프론트엔드 컴포넌트 구현
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of UI components
• UI 컴포넌트의 코드 품질, 성능 및 확장성 확보
• Support design system adoption and provide technical guidance to teams
• 디자인 시스템 활용 지원 및 팀에 기술 가이드 제공
• Participate in UX research and user testing to inform design decisions
• UX 리서치 및 사용자 테스트 참여, 디자인 의사 결정 지원

🔹 Qualifications / 지원 자격

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field
• 컴퓨터공학, 디자인 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위
• 3+ years of frontend development experience with UX/UI focus
• UX/UI 중심의 프론트엔드 개발 경력 3년 이상
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (or similar frameworks)
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React(또는 유사 프레임워크)에 대한 이해
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and style guides
• 디자인 시스템, 컴포넌트 라이브러리, 스타일 가이드 경험
• Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
• 접근성 표준 및 반응형 디자인 원칙 이해
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• 뛰어난 협업, 커뮤니케이션 및 문제 해결 능력
• Bilingual (Korean & English) preferred
• 한국어 및 영어 가능자 우대
