Frontend Solution Architect/Lead Engineer (React.js)

As a Senior React JS Developer at Aubergine, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable front-end applications, making architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure high-quality deliverables. Your expertise in React.js, front-end engineering, and full-stack solutions will be crucial in optimizing performance and integrating front-end code with backend APIs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React.js and related technologies (e.g., NextJS, Redux, TypeScript, Webpack). - Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. - Optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers. - Integrate front-end code with backend APIs (RESTful and GraphQL). - Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices and internal guidelines. - Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Design end-to-end software architectures for scalability, reliability, and performance. - Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams. - Evaluate tools, technologies, and frameworks for project needs. - Define coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices. - Provide technical leadership in system integrations and AWS cloud architecture. - Oversee project delivery focusing on system quality and performance. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. - 7+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in React.js. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks. - Strong understanding of RESTful services, GraphQL, microservices, and cloud-native development. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and container orchestration tools. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with JIRA or similar tools.
