Frontend Engineer

Role Overview: You will be a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in ReactJS, joining a growing engineering team. Your main responsibility will be crafting seamless user experiences and building intuitive, high-performance web interfaces for core products. Key Responsibilities: - Design and Develop UI Components: Build reusable and scalable frontend components using ReactJS following best practices in design and performance. - Architecture & Performance: Architect efficient and maintainable codebases focusing on performance, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features. - Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, modular, well-documented code and participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards. - Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development, React ecosystem, and modern JavaScript tooling. - Debug & Optimize: Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, UI inconsistencies, and usability issues. Optimize rendering performance, lazy loading, and data fetching strategies. - Mentorship & Guidance: Share knowledge with junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and help establish a strong engineering culture. Qualification Required: - 5-8 years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on building complex, production-grade applications using ReactJS. - Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and the DOM. - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API. - Familiarity with React hooks, functional components, and modern React patterns. - Proficiency in building responsive designs using frameworks like Tailwind CSS, SCSS, or Styled Components. - Experience integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints and managing asynchronous data flows. - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance-tuning skills. - Proficient with build tools and bundlers such as Webpack, Vite, or Rollup, and package managers like npm or yarn. - Understanding of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. - Experience with version control tools like Git and working in agile development environments.
