We are currently seeking a talented Lead Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating responsive, efficient, and captivating user interfaces for our platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Development: Designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing features on the SuperOps platform using React.js. - Collaboration: Partnering with UX/UI designers and product managers to ensure an intuitive and seamless user experience on our platform. - Performance Optimization: Optimizing front-end performance to achieve quick load times and responsiveness. - Code Quality: Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, conducting code reviews, and upholding high-quality coding standards. - Innovation: Staying abreast of the latest front-end trends and technologies to enhance the SuperOps platform. - Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues to ensure smooth application functionality. Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience as a front-end developer with a strong foundation in React.js. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3. - Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks like React. - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend service integration. - Solid understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques. - Experience with Webpack front-end build tools. - Proficiency in working with UI frameworks. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience with GraphQL or similar query languages. - Understanding of cloud platforms. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
