  0–3 years of experience in frontend or web development

  (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Vue, or similar)
• Have built

  projects,

  internships, hackathons, OSS, or personal apps that show real-world problem-solving and strong UI/UX focus
• Enjoy working in

  fast-paced, founder-led teams

Role details:

• Flexible work:

  async and remote-first

• Expected commitment:

  10–40 hrs/week (part-time or full-time)

• Contract duration:

  1–3 months, often with extension or conversion to full-time

• Direct interviews

Compensation:

• Pay ranges from

  $15/hr for part-time gigs

  to

  $15K–$30K annually for full-time roles
