Frontend Designer CRM Platforms

As a Frontend Designer for Xtecglobal, located in Phase-8B Mohali, you will be an integral part of our cross-functional team, collaborating closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, PHP and React Developers, Freelancers, and other team members. Your primary focus will be on crafting clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for our CRM software, aiming to provide businesses with an intuitive experience for engaging with and navigating our product. Your responsibilities will include building responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, integrating frontend designs with backend services through REST APIs (backends in PHP CodeIgniter, React, JavaScript), collaborating with UI/UX designers to bring designs to life in our CRM platforms, writing clean and well-documented code following best practices, participating in sprint planning and design reviews, and ensuring the timely completion of front-end development tasks by working closely with team members. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong communication skills, prior experience working on CRM or ERP software, proven expertise as a Frontend Designer or Developer, proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, a solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles, familiarity with CSS tools like Sass or Less, knowledge of version control systems like Git, the ability to create pixel-perfect layouts, strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, a basic understanding of backend technologies like PHP, willingness to assist with PHP CodeIgniter and ReactJS as needed, excellent time and project management abilities, readiness to take full ownership of the front-end design process, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
