Frontend App Developer - Team Lead

As an App Developer (Team Lead) based in Pune/Bavdhan, you will be responsible for leading the development of a mobile stock trading platform using Flutter. Collaborating with various teams, including product managers, backend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers, you will ensure the delivery of a high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly application in the competitive fintech market. Your primary responsibilities will include leading a team of Flutter developers, providing technical guidance, and mentorship to deliver high-quality mobile applications. You will architect, develop, and maintain a robust stock trading application with low-latency performance for real-time market data. Working closely with designers, you will implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs that align with SEBIs usability guidelines. Additionally, you will optimize app performance for high-frequency trading, ensure robust security measures, and develop a single codebase for iOS and Android platforms. Leading sprint planning and task estimation in an Agile environment, you will stay updated with Flutter advancements and fintech trends to drive innovation in the platform. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of mobile app development experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Flutter development and 1+ years in a lead or senior developer role. Proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework, knowledge of state management, mobile app architecture patterns, and experience with performance optimization techniques are essential. Prior experience in building financial or stock trading apps, leadership skills, and a degree in Computer Science or related field are highly preferred. Moreover, familiarity with tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile tools, and experience with Stockbroking Firms will be advantageous in this role.
