Frontdesk Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, promotions, and offers.
• Assist customers in completing purchases and process payments.
• Maintain front desk area cleanliness and display arrangements.
• Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls to the right department.
• Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers to drive sales.
• Coordinate with the sales and inventory team to ensure product availability.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years in sales, customer service, or front desk roles preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems).
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Proficiency in local language and English preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
