Frontdesk Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival.
• Assist walk-in clients with product inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Promote and upsell products or services to meet sales targets.
• Handle customer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
• Process sales transactions, billing, and receipts accurately.
• Manage appointment bookings and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth service delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain daily sales records and reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems).
