Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Devikulam for a Front Office Trainee. The Front Office Trainee will handle day-to-day tasks such as greeting guests, managing front desk activities, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with guest inquiries. The role also entails providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a patient demeanor
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
