Front Office Supervisor/Duty Manager

We are looking for a Front Office Sr. Supervisor who is having min 06 Yrs of Experience in Hotel / Hospitality Industry with at least 02 yrs experience in supervisor role.

• Supervise front office employees, provide guidance and direction, conduct training, and assist with performance evaluations.
• Ensure positive guest experiences, handle complaints, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain front desk supplies and inventory, and ensure the front office area is clean and organized.
• Handle or oversee financial transactions and maintain accurate records related to front desk operations.
• Ensure that all front office policies, procedures, and safety regulations are followed by staff.
• Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, manage schedules, and ensure smooth processes for guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews for front desk team members
• Needs to work in Rotational shifts .
• Food & Accommodation will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
