Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Udaipur for a Front Office Supervisor. The Front Office Supervisor will manage the front desk team, ensuring efficient and smooth operations. Daily tasks include supervising receptionist duties, handling customer service interactions, managing reservations, and maintaining clear and effective communication with staff and guests. This role requires a proactive approach to guest satisfaction and team leadership.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead a team effectively
Experience with Receptionist Duties and excellent Customer Service
Ability to manage Reservations and maintain organized booking systems
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
