Front Office & Store Manager

As a Front Office Manager at our high-end property in picturesque Shantiniketan, you will be responsible for managing reservations, arrivals, departures, and ensuring all guest requirements are met during their stay. Additionally, you will oversee the daily operations and sales of a small retail outlet within the property. Key Responsibilities: - Take reservation enquiries and process bookings - Ensure smooth check-in & check-out procedures for guests - Establish and maintain guest relations, addressing any needs during their stay - Manage a small retail operation, including receiving customers and handling product enquiries - Handle billing responsibilities for both guest stays and store purchases - Implement inventory management for the retail store Qualifications: - Minimum of three years of experience in a relevant role - Fluency in English, Bengali & Hindi - Strong communication skills - Prior retail experience preferred - Understanding of Food and Beverage industry is a plus - Ability to drive sales and solve problems effectively - Experience in training and managing a team - Basic cashiering abilities - Interest in agriculture and agricultural products is desired In addition to the role-specific requirements, the position is full-time and permanent, with benefits including paid sick time and paid time off.
