Looking for a kitchen lead to join our team to manage daily operations while helping with recipe development, quality management and cost control. Job Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Manage the kitchen and team members for smooth operations 2. Execute recipes recommended by menu development team 3. Quality Control 4. Cost Control 5. Assist with recipe development 6. Problem Solving 7. Maintenance of hygiene 8. Coordinating with vendors Qualifications: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a kitchen. 2. Knowledge about Bengali food is necessary. 3. Understanding of product sourcing and quality. 4. A good network of vendors and suppliers is desired.
