Front Office & Store Manager

Job Description: You will be joining our team as a Front Office Manager to oversee a high-end property in the beautiful location of Shantiniketan. In addition, you will have the responsibility of managing a small retail outlet within the property. Your tasks will involve handling reservations, managing guest arrivals and departures, attending to guest needs during their stay, overseeing daily operations of the retail store, and driving sales for the store. Key Responsibilities: - Process reservation enquiries and bookings - Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures for guests - Establish and maintain guest relations, catering to their needs throughout their stay - Manage the operations of the attached retail store - Greet customers at the store, provide assistance with product inquiries - Handle billing responsibilities for both the stay and the store - Take charge of inventory management for the store Qualifications: - Minimum of three years of relevant experience - Proficiency in English, Bengali, and Hindi languages - Excellent communication skills - Previous retail experience is preferred - Knowledge of Food and Beverage operations is advantageous - Ability to drive sales and solve problems - Proficiency in team management and training - Basic cashiering skills - Interest in agriculture and agricultural products is a plus Company Details: (In case of any additional details mentioned in the JD) Benefits: - Paid sick time - Paid time off Location: You must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Santiniketan, West Bengal before starting work.
