Job Description:

The Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for members and visitors at The Majesstine Sports Facility. This role requires a polished professional who can efficiently manage reception operations, handle membership inquiries, support sales and follow-ups, and maintain a high standard of grooming and customer service consistent with the organization’s brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist members, guests, and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Manage all front desk operations, including check-ins, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries.
  • Support membership sales by providing accurate information on services, packages, and ongoing offers.
  • Conduct systematic follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to strengthen member relationships.
  • Maintain organized records of memberships, attendance, and front desk transactions.
  • Ensure the reception area is always well-maintained, clean, and representative of the facility’s standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Adhere to grooming and presentation standards as per company policy.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities and provide operational support when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or hospitality role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems.
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
