Job Description: The Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for members and visitors at The Majesstine Sports Facility . This role requires a polished professional who can efficiently manage reception operations, handle membership inquiries, support sales and follow-ups, and maintain a high standard of grooming and customer service consistent with the organization’s brand values. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist members, guests, and visitors with courtesy and professionalism. Manage all front desk operations, including check-ins, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries. Support membership sales by providing accurate information on services, packages, and ongoing offers. Conduct systematic follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to strengthen member relationships. Maintain organized records of memberships, attendance, and front desk transactions. Ensure the reception area is always well-maintained, clean, and representative of the facility’s standards. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Adhere to grooming and presentation standards as per company policy. Handle administrative responsibilities and provide operational support when required. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or hospitality role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems. Professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction and service quality. Key Competencies: Customer-focused and service-oriented. Presentable, confident, and well-groomed at all times. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Sales-driven with an ability to build rapport and retain clients. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
