Front Office Receptionist

Job Summary

Suraj School, Sector 56, Gurugram, is seeking a professional and courteous Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and other stakeholders. The role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a warm personality to create a welcoming environment at the school’s reception.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and staff in a professional manner.
• Attend and route incoming calls, take messages, and provide accurate information.
• Maintain the visitor register and ensure adherence to school security protocols.
• Handle inquiries regarding admissions, school facilities, and events.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, postal mail).
• Coordinate appointments and meetings for the Principal and other administrative heads.
• Assist in maintaining office files, records, and basic administrative tasks.
• Provide support during school events and parent meetings.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role (preferably in an educational institution).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
