Job Description

We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role involves managing reception operations, handling patient queries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors at the hospital reception.
  • Handle patient registration, admission, discharge, and billing processes.
  • Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage doctor consultations.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update hospital management systems.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for patient flow.
  • Guide patients regarding hospital services, procedures, and facilities.
  • Handle cash, card, and insurance transactions as per hospital policy.
  • Ensure front office area is clean, organized, and patient-friendly.
  • Address patient grievances courteously and escalate issues when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient records and adhere to hospital policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospital Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience in hospital/healthcare front office or customer service (preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English and local language(s).
  • Proficient in MS Office and hospital management software.
  • Pleasant personality, professional etiquette, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Work Environment:

  • Hospital Front Desk / Reception.
  • Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.

Reporting To:

  • Front Office Manager / Hospital Administrator.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
