The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering warm hospitality and smooth front desk operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude Handle check-in, check-out, and room allocation processes Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and manage bookings Maintain front desk records and assist in billing procedures Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in front desk or reception roles Good communication skills in English and Hindi Knowledge of basic computer and hotel software systems Pleasant personality and strong guest-handling skills Why Join La Nature?
