Dharmic Homez is seeking a warm, confident, and well-presented Guest Relations Executive to manage our premium sales gallery in Thrissur. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for service, a sense of ownership, and the ability to engage with elite clientele in a refined, welcoming manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and host guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Create a welcoming and premium experience for high-net-worth clients.
• Coordinate with the internal Product Experience team for seamless client interactions.
• Maintain the cleanliness, order, and readiness of the guest lounge.
• Manage and monitor guest hospitality needs with attention to detail.
• Take ownership of the overall guest experience and sales office upkeep.
• Ensure refreshment and amenity readiness (inventory checks, refills, etc.).
• Communicate fluently in both Malayalam and English with grace and clarity.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Candidates with 1–7 years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or guest-facing roles.
• Background in hotels, luxury service, or customer experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Well-groomed, confident, and service-oriented.
• High level of responsibility, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in handling high profile clients
• Passionate about creating a warm, elegant, and memorable guest experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
