Job Description

Greet and welcome members and visitors with a positive attitude.
Manage front desk operations including check-ins, renewals, and new memberships.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain member records and ensure timely updates in the system.
Provide information on gym facilities, classes, and offers.
Coordinate with trainers, housekeeping, and management for smooth daily operations.
Manage cash/card transactions and maintain daily sales reports.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Support marketing or promotional activities as required.

Working Hours: 6 am to 11 am and 4 pm to 10 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
