Front Office / Reception Trainee

We are looking for dynamic, well-groomed female candidates to join our restaurant as Front Office / Receptionanist

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and guide them to tables with professionalism.
• Attend calls, manage reservations, and handle guest queries.
• Maintain guest records, bookings, and operational sheets.
• Coordinate with service staff and kitchen for smooth operations.
• Assist with billing, POS operations, and resolve guest concerns politely.
• Maintain grooming, etiquette, and workplace standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, POS systems, and basic reservation software.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
