🎯 Key Responsibilities

Guest Services & Front Desk Operations

• Warmly welcome guests & handle check-in/check-out

• Address guest queries, special requests & complaints professionally

• Maintain high hospitality & service standards

Reservations & Room Management

• Manage reservations, room allocations & guest profiles (Opera or similar PMS)

• Coordinate with housekeeping for timely room readiness

• Update occupancy, room status & operational logs accurately

Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Security & other departments

• Provide guests with local information & concierge-level support

Billing & Reporting

• Manage billing, invoices & payment settlements

• Prepare daily reports & maintain documentation

• Adhere to cash-handling & front office SOPs

🧠 Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Strong communication (English & Hindi)

• Basic computer skills & experience with PMS

• Presentable, disciplined & guest-service focused

Preferred:

• Front office experience in hotels

• Basic knowledge of reservations & OTAs

• Good customer service & problem-solving ability

Freshers:

• Fresh candidates with good communication & willingness to learn are welcome!
