Front Office Manager



Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise daily front office operations (check-in, check-out, reservations).
  • Manage and train front office staff, ensuring high service standards.
  • Handle guest queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Prepare duty rosters, manage staffing, and monitor performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of occupancy, billing, and guest history.
  • Implement guest service programs to improve satisfaction scores.



Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of experience

    in front office operations within hotels.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Hotelogix or other hotel PMS

    is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Graduate/Hotel Management qualification preferred.
