Role Overview: As a Front Office Manager, your role involves supporting, training, and supervising front office staff to ensure all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time, enhancing guests" experience. You will be responsible for handling customer complaints and special requests, scheduling staff shifts, and managing other HR-related tasks. Additionally, maintaining an orderly appearance in the reception area, monitoring stock, and ordering office supplies, including stationery and information leaflets.
