Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Front Office Manager to join our team in Hyderabad in an on-site capacity. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily operations of the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment while maintaining efficient office administration. Responsibilities include managing client communications, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining appointment schedules, and handling inquiries. The role also involves leading the front-office team, coordinating with various departments, and upholding high-quality customer service standards.

  • Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide a positive and professional experience.
  • Strong Communication abilities, including verbal and interpersonal skills, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities to manage schedules, meetings, and office operations efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
