Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, room allocations, and billing procedures.
  • Maintain guest records, update room status, and coordinate with housekeeping.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Manage calls, emails, and online booking platforms efficiently.
  • Handle guest complaints politely and ensure quick resolution.
  • Process payments, maintain cash handling accuracy, and prepare daily reports.
  • Maintain lobby cleanliness and ensure a pleasant guest experience.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (PMS/IDS/Opera preferred).
  • Good presentation, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle guest pressure situations professionally.
  • Hospitality degree/diploma preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
