Front Office

We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Front Office Executive to manage our front desk and provide professional customer service to all visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude
• Manage front desk activities including answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries
• Handle administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and maintaining records
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
• Assist with basic HR and office management duties if required

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills (English/Hindi/Regional language)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
• Pleasing personality and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
