Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad for a Front Office Executive/Education Counsellor. This position includes daily receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and scheduling appointments. The role also entails providing education counselling to prospective students, answering enquiries about courses, and offering excellent customer service. The individual will coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure smooth office operations and a positive student experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in receptionist duties and front office management tasks
• Customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive and professional experience
• Ability to build rapport with students and guide them through educational opportunities
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
• Proficiency in basic office tools
• Prior experience in a similar role or in an educational environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent qualification is preferred
