Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure adherence to security and entry protocols.
  • Coordinate courier and mail services (inward & outward).
  • Support administrative activities such as filing, scanning, and documentation.
  • Manage front office cleanliness, reception area dcor, and upkeep.
  • Assist HR with onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 13 years of experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist / Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Presentable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
