Job Description

Position - Front Office Executive
Position Type - Full timeReporting to - Front Office ManagerDuty Time - Operational LinesLocation - Regenta Baywatch Resort, Sernabatim, South Goa

Females preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner
Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
Process payments and maintain financial records
Maintain front office area in a clean and organized manner
Work independently and as part of a team
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingualism (in some cases)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
