Job Description

Job Title: Front Office Executive

Location : Chennai

Experience : Freshers to 6 months .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Oversee visitor registrations, maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers.
  • Support administrative functions including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Growth and learning opportunities:

  • Exposure to HR operations and client relationship management.
  • Hands on training in communication, office tools and administrative work.

Qualifications:

  • Any bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a front office or receptionist role.
