Front Office Executive

You will be joining Sancta Maria International School in Hyderabad as a Front Office Executive. Sancta Maria is a Cambridge Pathway School affiliated with the Cambridge International board, dedicated to offering a seamless progression of education from Cambridge Early Years to Grade 12. The school values community relationships and strives for excellence in everything it does. **Key Responsibilities:** - Greeting students, parents, and visitors professionally and pleasantly on a daily basis. - Answering phone calls, replying to messages, and providing information clearly and concisely. - Taking messages and passing them on as necessary. - Coordinating with the Admin Team during dispersal time. - Prioritizing tasks, organizing the desk and files, and maintaining a positive image for the school. - Maintaining school records such as admissions database. - Being friendly, welcoming, and able to answer questions related to the school. - Using computers, phones, and other devices efficiently to perform job duties. - Keeping the front office area tidy and observing professional etiquette. - Receiving packages/deliveries and ensuring they reach the right person. - Performing other administrative tasks as required. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in any stream. - Minimum two years of experience in a similar role in International Schools. - Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office. - Good communication skills in English. - Positive attitude.
