Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage the front desk operations, including answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, emails, letters).
Maintain visitor records, issue visitor passes, and ensure compliance with security procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments for meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Monitor front office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Support HR/Administration teams with uniforms, ID Card, and other office activities when required.
Ensure the reception area is clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times.
