Roots Institute is looking for a well-spoken, presentable, and friendly Receptionist to be the face of our institution. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, greet and guide walk-in clients, manage calls, and provide general administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and students professionally and warmly Manage incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails Provide basic information about courses, services Maintain visitor records and handle student inquiries efficiently Coordinate appointments and schedule counselling sessions Assist the counsellors and filing team with administrative tasks Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area Requirements: Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Excellent communication skills in English, Assamese, and Hindi Polite, confident, and professional attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, data entry) Good organizational and multitasking abilities Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage Perks: Attractive salary Positive and professional work environment Opportunity to grow within the organization On-the-job training and support Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 23/06/2025
