We’re Hiring: Front Office Executive (Female Only)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000
Education: Any Degree (Hospitality/Administration preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a professional attitude
• Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the right department
• Maintain the front desk and office reception area
• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and site visits
• Keep records of visitors, inquiries, and client interactions
• Provide administrative support to management when required

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Pleasant personality with good customer-handling skills
• Fluency in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
• Professional appearance and attitude
