Job Description

  • Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, and managing the visitor logbook.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, courier services, and official letters.
  • Relay important messages accurately and promptly to the concerned departments or individuals.
  • Manage visitor access and ensure all guests are directed to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain and update records of office supplies, visitor entries, and daily activities.
  • Ensure timely restocking of stationery and front desk materials.
  • Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephone systems.
  • Use basic office software (MS Office, email clients, spreadsheets) efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
