Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and Welcoming: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to patients and visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive at the hospital.

Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage the appointment system, including booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the hospital's protocols.

Patient Registration: Collect and verify patient information, including personal details, insurance coverage, and medical history, while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Customer Service: Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries, whether in person, over the phone, or through email. Provide accurate information about services, fees, and policies, addressing any concerns or complaints professionally and empathetically.

Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary forms, brochures, and relevant materials. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Coordination: Collaborate with other hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, and technicians, to ensure smooth patient flow, address any scheduling conflicts, and provide support as needed.

Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phone calls, assisting patients, scheduling follow-up appointments, and managing administrative duties efficiently.

QUALIFICATION

  • Degree is mandatory.
  • Only Female can apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and friendly environment with the paitents.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently, maintaining composure in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently when required.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as the hospital operates on extended hours.

Experience:

Min. 1 Year of Experienced
