This is a unique opportunity to be part of the core team that shapes unforgettable guest experiences right from day one. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and accurately. Manage reservations and room assignments using PMS (Property Management System). Address guest queries and resolve complaints in a timely and courteous manner. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Support the front office team with administrative tasks as required. Key Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in the hospitality industry. Prior experience in resort/hotel pre-opening will be an added advantage. Knowledge of PMS software like Opera, IDS, or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
