Job Description:
· Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
· Provide information about our real estate services to clients and potential customers.
· Assist clients in scheduling appointments with the relevant departments or agents.
· Address client inquiries and concerns courteously and promptly.
· Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as sorting mail, filing, and data entry.
· Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Any Graduation.
· Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Basic Knowledge on MS-Excel
