Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Executive to manage our reception area and be the first point of contact for visitors and patient. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Answer and direct phone calls; manage inquiries promptly and accurately. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence. Maintain records, manage appointments, and support day-to-day administrative tasks. Provide courteous customer service and resolve basic queries or concerns. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment. Customer service experience is a plus. Well-groomed, professional appearance. Ability to multitask and work independently.
